• Owning all Go to Market financial metrics, data and reporting structure being the SME.
• Owning the metrics called out in the Company's earnings calls and internal QBRs.
• Owning the consolidation, reporting and analysis of the key financial metrics such as Bookings, New and Renewal Annual Contract Value (ACV), Total Contract Value (TCV), Multi Year ACV, Renewal Rates, Annual Recurring revenue (ARR), Customer Count, Gross/Net Dollar Retention, Pipeline Creation/Conversion/Coverage, flexible consumption, etc.
• Leading the innovation and enhancement of the workstreams to support the continual evolution of the company's business models.
• Owning the roadmap of data and tools automation and work closely with Digitization and IT teams to minimize manual reporting and drive towards real time high quality and predictive analytics.
• Manage large datasets and synthesize the data into actionable analytics that move the organization forward.
• Deliver analytical insights to GTM and Corporate FP&A on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis that impact Bookings, ACV, Revenue, Remaining Performance Obligations and Cash Flow modelling.
• Proactively partner with the Revenue Operations and IT teams to drive enhancements within Salesforce to enable accurate, streamlined and automated reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with Anaplan development team and Digitization team to create self-serve GTM metrics within Snowflake/Anaplan/Tableau/Sigma.
• Effectively influence the overall data flow and architecture of GTM metrics without direct authority over Revenue Operations, IT, Anaplan and Digitization.

Month Close & Analysis

• Preparation of Pay & Non-Pay (P&L) flash numbers and discussing with UK Counterparts/FC/FD.
• Comparison of the flash numbers with the Budget/Forecast, finding the variances and providing the commentaries to the management on the same along with PVEO
• In depth scrutiny of the GL to check for the accuracy of the reported numbers along each cost lines and codes & identifying and rectifying the errors by posting the accruals, deferrals and capitalization JVs to arrive at correct numbers
• Comparison of the Actual numbers with Flash, finding the variances and providing the commentaries to the management on the same along with PVEO
• Analyzing the current and past trends in OPEX KPIs
• Preparation of monthly R&O to get the Full year Outlook post month close

Management Reporting

• Preparing the Dashboards & Management packs as per the Management requirement

Weekly Reporting & Analysis

• Preparation of Weekly Pay Report and flashing the month end expected numbers including Overtime
• Preparation of Weekly Stores Report and flashing the month end expected OPEX spend
• Preparation of Weekly Non-Pay Report (P&L) and flashing the month end expected EBITDA
• Analyzing the POs with extra-ordinary numbers

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Preparing quarterly forecasts and yearly budget which includes Pay & Non-Pay (P&L)
• Ensuring the accuracy & effectiveness of the budgeting model to support during the planning process
• Identify and monitor any extra-ordinary or unusual cost driving factor and incorporate the same in the next forecast, if required.

• Preparing monthly, quarterly financial forecasts and yearly financial budget.
• Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the financial budgeting model to support during the planning process.
• Identify and monitor any extra-ordinary or unusual Cost driving factor.
• Managing month close activities, preparation of month end accruals; reconciliation of open issues; consolidating and analyzing the results; developing, preparing and presenting results to Senior Management & Stakeholders.
• Extraction and mining of data reports from the source MIS systems and analyzing the Operating Results.
• Perform Variance Analysis by comparing actuals with budget, generate variance report and provide commentaries for the management.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators.
• In depth scrutiny of the GL to check for the accuracy of the reported numbers along each cost lines and codes and identifying and rectifying.

• Understand and walk through the business processes and identify the key risks and gaps in the controls to be assessed.
• Preparation of the controls testing program and assessment of the adequacy of the design and operating effectiveness of the controls associated with the key risks identified.
• Assessment of the risk and impact of the issues and production of the report to management.
• Follow up with clients on remediation of actions coming out of issues by providing the suggestions for process improvement.

• Structuring the deals by preparing the Quotation as per the Pricing Model.
• Ensuring that cost is allocated as per ABC Costing Method.
• Analyzing key cost/revenue drivers (Revenues/Expenses/Flows) Identifying the smallest cost head & allocating the cost accordingly to the correct Cost Centre.
• Appropriation of Common Cost under the right department.
• Preparing quarterly forecasts and yearly budget of expenses.
• Comparing Annual Budget & Quarterly Forecasted Cost with Actual Cost incurred.
• Extraction of data reports from the source MIS systems and analyzing the Operating Results.
• Consolidation of data received from multiple stakeholders.
• Producing for the senior management monthly/quarterly/bi-annual & annual reports like Variance & Trend Analysis with comments on unexpected variances for the decision-making purpose.
• Preparing the Performance reports of various stakeholders.
• Understand the requirements of the stakeholders and publish the Dashboard accordingly.
• Managing month close activities, preparation of month end accruals & reconciliation of open issues.
• Supporting ad hoc requests for Revenue flow and expense analysis.
