• Monitors LOP tracking & manpower tracking and prepares report.
• Responsible for Achieving Zero BAD (Breakdowns, Accidents & Defects) with effective CFT members.
• Work on problem solving Techniques and Value stream mapping for waste reduction and increase the productivity (by finding bottleneck in process flow).
• Coordinate with tooling for availability and up keeping of tools and with maintenance for keeping of machines and equipment's.

Execute repair activity, Blade Repair (LE erosion, Gel coat Defect, Lightning Crack, Structure Crack- Vortex Generator fixing, Conductor Belt, TE UW Serration TIP-TE, Orange Paint, PPT tape, LPS, Drainage system, Window repair, etc

• Operated various tools and equipment for composite manufacturing processes.
