- Monitoring the subcontractors to execute the installation work as per approved shop drawings and Project specification
- Interacting with MEP Contractor/ Civil Contractor for the dependencies to carry out the installation works smoothly
- Formulating the project schedules and ensuring milestones are identified and tracked, communicated to all team members
- Assessing impacts of system design changes and/or issues & manage effectively
- Liaising with commissioning team and making sure the commissioning is completed without any delay
