Work History

Assistant Manager

Tranter
11.2022 - Current

•Coordinated and collaborated with the sales team, project team, manufacturing team, and QA team throughout the project execution stage.

• Participated in project kick-off meeting and raised points that need further investigation to ensure the correctness of all the design-related inputs.

• Understand customer’s technical requirements for PHE (Plate Heat Exchanger) by reviewing the customer’s technical specifications.

• Created GA drawings based on the datasheet, material requisition, or technical specification. Ensured the correctness of data in the GA drawing. Checked for any issues related to fit, form, and function.

• Verified the integrity of Gasketed PHE’s components by performing classical calculation and pressure vessel calculations based on ASME section VIII Division I, API 667 & other ASME standards. Also used compress software to design welded PHE as per ASME section VIII Division I . Prepared a report to capture those calculations.

• Updated the GA drawing as per comments received from the Customer and communicate with the customer in case of ambiguity. Ensure timely completion of the GA drawing update. • Prepare Bill of Material .

• Provide support to the manufacturing team for any issues arising during the PHE build. Interact with relevant stakeholders and take necessary steps to ensure a quick resolution of the issue.

• Worked on Implementing ETO and configurator project to allow automatic GA drawing and BOM generation.

• Proposed and implemented ideas for improving the efficiency of the organization’s processes.
