  • Project Lead: Resilience Network (45+ SKU) for export packs which was having high MOQ constraints. I did SKU mapping with vendor and pricing setup, SKU master updates, and production strategy alignment. this was collaborated with Factory, NPD, Finance, and Planning teams. This prevent further excess inventory, eliminate out-of-stock situations in market which was recurring issue and enable low MOQ production runs
  • Project Execution: Implemented a Local-for-Local sales module, including SKU and RS code creation, order acquisition, cost and pricing setup, production planning, cargo movement coordination, and depot invoicing alignment, in collaboration with NPD, CD Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Distribution teams.
  • Led inventory reduction initiative as SU Planner for the China sourcing unit, successfully decreasing inventory from EUR 1 million to EUR 100K by securing orders and eliminating non-moving SKUs. This initiative minimized inventory write-off risk and enabled strategic FG inventory build-up for other markets
