Ensure new leads by team through Architects, Builders and civil contractors and converting leads in business
Planning activities for new customer acquisition product wise in order to attain daily weekly and monthly sales target and specification targets
Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes.
Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Mapping client's requirement, identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize satisfaction levels.
Ensuring continuous interaction with the customers to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
Receive Customer claims and ensure that they are processed to completion.
Negotiate long term sales contracts where feasible and desirable, prepare contract terms for management approval.
