• Since January 2024, supporting Sourcing through redlining, negotiation and execution of AI/ML amendments, and, Non-Disclosure Agreements; creating and standardizing contract templates; designing and improving contract procedures, processes and workflows; abstracting contracts for review and analysis; and, controlling development of various Sourcing Reports in association with the MIS Team.

• Performed contract redlining/review and negotiation & supported end-to-end contract management for US & Canada reporting to the Chief Privacy Officer. Undertook detailed legal research, identified US Case Law impacting contractual terms and provided legal advisory and consultation for all global contracts.

• Specialized in Financial Criminal Litigation (Money Laundering cases), Contract Law, Corporate Law and Consumer Protection Law. Was a defence lawyer in famous Money Laundering cases including 2G Spectrum, Coal Scam and Mehul Choksi/Nirav Modi (diamantaires to Hollywood personalities) in US/India.
• Drafted, reviewed, vetted and filed legal documents including complaints, petitions, written statements, affidavits, arguments and notices and liaised with Economic Offense Wings of various police forces in financial criminal matters.

• Managed litigation relating to Financial Crimes, Intellectual Property, Negotiable Instruments, Consumer Protection and Recovery for the company. Conducted legal research, explored opportunities for out of court settlement and ensured that panel/local advocates performed in company’s interest.
• Drafted, reviewed, vetted and filed legal documents including complaints, petitions, written statements, affidavits, arguments and notices and liaised with Economic Offense Wings of various police forces in financial criminal matters.

• Managed LG’s ‘Cricket World Cup 1999, UK’ Sales Event in India/UK (including lucky draws/overseas travel for Consumers), and, World’s Largest Cricket Bat Event 1999 (certified by ‘Guinness Book of Records’) leading up to ‘Cricket World Cup 1999, UK’.

• Conducted a viability study for the Australian food major (one of the largest privately-owned Australian food manufacturers with more than 50 per cent share of the market, inducted into the Family Business Australia Hall of Fame in 2017).
• Wrote a comprehensive plan including situation/competitive analysis, forecasts and financial/legal implications of various market entry strategies into India.
