• Determination of load path lines for the distribution of loads in the BIW assembly.
• Brief understanding of front impact test, rear impact test and side impact test as per the GNCAP and AIS regulations.
• Design of Closures (Front and Rear doors) based on the Glass drop study and CAS Surface (For AB flange)
• Design of GIGA casting parts for parts unification and lightweight concept.
• Design of BSO, A and B pillar inner and outer assembly and cantrail based on CAS surface based on strength and stiffness requirements.
• Creation of BOM.
• Creation of DFMEA and DVP&R for Whole BIW assembly and GIGA casting parts.
• DFM and DFA.
• GD&T analysis for parts.
• Design of mechanical enclosures for Structural pack Li- Ion EV battery.

3W-

• Feasibility study for 3W passenger and Cargo EVs.
• Benchmarking study.
• Design of front end assembly and central floor of the Underbody for passenger and Cargo.

2W-

• Feasibility and benchmarking study for the future segment of electric scooter.

• Project Management for EVMs and VVPAT.
• Supervision of retrofit work of EVMs and VVPAT.
• Design of electronic components for different electronic devices.
• Client Management.
• Reviewed constantly the customer feedback and then suggested ways to improve the processes and customer service level which increase the customer satisfaction rate.

• Actively involved in performing operations and maintenance tasks on general elevator systems as per the established procedures and instructions while ensuring focus on safety and quality standards
• Executing routine jobs & breakdown jobs and collaborating with different departments to execute electrical and mechanical maintenance with respect to cost, quality, and time and safety procedures.
