  • Develop and execute manufacturing process as per customer requirements
  • CAM programming on CATIA V5 for 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis machine for Titanium, Steel CFRP carbon components and Aluminum component
  • Selection of right cutting tools and machining strategies
  • Maintain and create comprehensive documentation of manufacturing/ assembly processes and procedures incorporating the safety and quality aspects of the operations
  • Validation of NC Program by using Vericut 9.3
  • Root cause & corrective action of non-conformity parts, successive implementation of corrective active for next parts to reduce the rejection percentage
