  • 24 Sealant & Paint Robot Commissioning, Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers Ltd, Pune, 02/2021, Present, Control Engineer as PLC Programmer, S7-1500 CPU, TP1200 & TIA Portal V15.1, V16, Profinet, Ethernet, Modbus RS485, Sealant & paint application was developed for the Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturing Ltd production line with 24 ABB IRB 4600 robots. Simultaneous communication of VMT 3D vision system, ABB robots & Vehicle data was carried out. Depending on the vehicle data received, the vision system gave coordinates of vehicle and robots used to apply sealant on specific areas of vehicle depending on the requirement.
  • Sag Packing Line, Bosch Power Tools, Oragadam, 06/2019, 06/2019, System Engineer as a PLC Programmer, FX3U, GOT2000 & GX Works2, GT Designer, CCLink, RS485, The Poka-yoke system was developed to ensure that all child parts are packed in a BOSCH POWER TOOL box on the conveyor line depending on the product to be packed. If all the child parts are present then a final barcode will be printed. Otherwise, an alarm will be generated on HMI showing the details of missing part/s

The process had various stages like de-ionisation with 2 robots (encoder based) – primer application by 4 robots (encoder based) – Base coat application by 6 robots (encoder based) – Clear coat application by 4 robots (encoder based) – Wet Cleaning process by 2 robots (stop & go).
  • Spot Count Interlock with JIGs, Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt Ltd, Oragadam, 09/2020, 12/2020, Control Engineer as PLC Programmer, S7-300, TP1200 & Simatic manager v5.5, TIA Portal V14.0, Profibus (RS485), Profinet, Poka-Yoke system to ensure that all the required parts in the vehicle body are spot welded as required. If the cycle is complete & all parts are welded then operator will acknowledge & fixture will be ready for next cycle. Otherwise, an alarm will be generated.
  • 2 Paint Robot Commissioning, SMRC Automotive India Pvt Ltd, Chennai, 08/2020, 09/2020, Control Engineer as PLC Programmer, Q03UDE CPU, GOT2000 & GX Works 2, GT Designer, CCLink, CCLink IE, Two ABB robots were established to ensure the required paint quality on Bumpers of four wheelers.
  • VRV Line, Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt Ltd Rajasthan, 10/2015, 02/2016, Control Engineer as a PLC Programmer, Q03UDV, GOT2000, Adorn display & GX Works2, GT Designer, CCLink (Line Topology), RS485, It was a VRV Air Condition Assume Line with a 70 Meter Conveyor. First 30-meter Roller Conveyor had Copper Welding and Gas leakage testing. Next 25 -meter conveyor was an assembly line & next 15-meter Roller Conveyor had Electrical performances testing. Total 17 motors ,14 VFD were used to display the Actual and Target Production Details. I had developed the program to fulfill customer’s requirements.
  • Assumably Line Conveyor, Okinawa Autotech Pvt Ltd Rajasthan, 10/2016, 11/2016, Control Engineer as a PLC Programmer, Q03UDV, GOT2000, & GX Works2, GT Designer, CCLink (Line Topology), It was a Scooter Assumably Line with 40 Meter Conveyor. Using 1 motor & 1 VFD I had developed the program to fulfil customer’s requirement.
  • FDS Conveyor Installation, Ford India PVT LTD Chennai, 12/2016, 02/2017, Control Engineer as a PLC Programmer, CPU 1756-L61 & RSLogix 5000, Factory talk view studio 10, DH+, Ethernet, Control net (Line Topology), This project moves around loading and unloading car parts on Conveyor. It was a 65-meter overhead Conveyor divided in 5 sub-Conveyor Lines. 55 Movifit (SEW)VFD, 200 Motor, 5 PLC Control Panel (each for 1 part) was used to fulfil the requirement. IO Testing, IO Module Configuration, VFD Configuration and communication with Welding robots were done.
  • Pressing Machine, JIG Poka-Yoke, Ashok Leyland Unit II, Hosur, 05/2017, 08/2017, Control Engineer as a PLC Programmer, CPU 1200 & RSLogix 500, RS485, A new JIG poka-yoke was developed for vehicle Axle Pressing. 2 New Electro Pneumatic Jig Programs were developed & Interlock for 5 jigs were added (total 7 jigs poka-yoke). The concept revolves around a Hydraulic Bearing Pressing Machine working on Load Cell.
  • Dielectrics station, Alstom, Madhepura, 09/2018, 10/2018, Control Engineer as a PLC Programmer, Relay Logic, It was a Train Bogie High Voltage Testing Station to rectify the issues/malfunction in electrical circuit of train bogie. Designing of the control circuit & cycle flow was done for two stations using relay logic.
