• Dual degree project - Machining Simulation of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy Using Finite Element Method (FEM) under Dr. Anil Meena (IITM). Investigated the effect of tool geometry and feed to cutting temperature, force and chip formation. The simulations of machining the titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V are done using the finite element software ABAQUS by Johnson-Cook (J-C) material constitutive model and fracture-damage model. 06/20 - 05/21
• Self-Balancing Cycle under Dr. Sounderpandian. Manufactured a prototype of self-balancing cycle involving PID tuning, Arduino coding using MATLAB Simulink. Balanced a static cycle prototype using a flywheel to counteract the torque due to gravity. Implemented the program using Arduino and validated result from the simulation. 07/18 - 11/18
