• Rebuilt aircraft structures and functional components in accordance with maintenance manuals. Perform major/minor sheet metal repairs requiring engineering support. Coordinated parts and material requisitions to expedite aircraft maintenance and repairs. Review drawings, and parts lists for accuracy and work with other departments to resolve issues. Assemble mechanical and sheet metal products using engineering drawings and sketches. Review completed work and make certain that final assemblies and details are protected from damage. Ensure that all work performed meets quality standards. Coordinate with repair station inspectors for in process, final inspection and sign-off of completed tasks to manufacture specifications as well as FAA regulations. Follow company Repair station manuals, training manuals and quality control manuals. Experience with following airframes: A310 A320 A320neo B737 .
• Repair , rework, install and fabricate the complex aircraft structural assemblies, both internal and external.
• Carried out A320, B737 , ATR72 , Bombardier, Q400 series Aircraft structure Repair, such as Skin Replaceing , Doubler, triplers , mods , seat track replace , Intercostal Repair , Cabin shear plate ,Wing Aliron Repair , AFT Cargo Stringer Replace, Horizontal spar found corroded and replaced with new.

Familiarization with inspection and servicing of Break and Wheel Assembly:

• Boeing 737 - 800/900, ATR 72-500, Q 400, CJ2525A
