• Responsible for checking of suitability construction materials like soil, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, bricks, cement, etc. by conducting various tests at different stages of works of the project.
• Monitoring daily laboratory testing of Cement, Aggregate, Concrete Cubes and evaluating new plans for improvement.
• Optimizing and Managing the manpower involved in Laboratory Testing works, Batching Plant and that involved in Quality Control at Construction Site.
• Record maintenance-Preparation of format books for the entire test being done in the Laboratory.
• Timely calibration plan for Concrete Batching Plant, and all the laboratory equipment used.
• Design of trial mixes, on concrete as per the IS 10262-2009 & IS456-2000.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress reports.
• Monitoring the concrete production at Batching Plant and Managing the concrete production to various locations.
• Concrete workability checks and ensuring the sampling of fresh concrete.
• Engaged in Building Drawing, Estimation & Monitoring of Projects.
