Corporate Actions :

Managing a Team size of 30 - Primarily responsible for the planning and smooth transition of BAU assuring quality. Serve as a point of contact for the Stakeholders and Clients.

● Successfully delegating daily work to all levels of staffs.

● Help the team to meet the goals as set as per dashboard.

● Conduct performance reviews, serve as a positive leader and mentor and contribute to performance feedback/training.

● Owns the responsibility of handling escalations with all the clients.

● Participate in regular conference calls with Global Engagement Coordinator (GEC) and local country teams to discuss engagement status and to facilitate issue resolution.

Settlements - Equity & Fixed Income :

Handling the most sensitive and important clients of the bank via chat/emails/calls.
● Responsible for Settlements of Equity and Fixed Income Trades.
● Pre-matching of trades and ensuring the trade is settling on time with no issue.
● Monitoring Fails management and report on MI calendar.
● Expertise in Reconciliation for both Cash and Stock.
● Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failure Investigate the reason as to why the trades are failing.
● Respond to all client queries within the stipulated time frame.
● Act as a link between settlements and the Middle Office.
● Application used and have Strong knowledge on: Avaloq, CREST, Aladdin, Scale, EQIP, Orchid, Clear stream, BONY, Wealth master, Trade Web.
● Strong Knowledge on Vendor systems such as BLOOMBERG and
REUTERS for Corporate actions.

Reference Data :
●Providing support globally for major corporate actions such as Listing, Delisting, Rights offering, ID Changes, Tickers changes and Stock Splits and make the necessary static/price adjustments in upstream systems.

● Setting up the Equity, Funds and Derivative products in various systems based on client query.

● Pricing the Future, Index and Equity instruments in Asset control Desktop.

● Being the point of escalation for all the issues related to prices and handling the discrepancy issues by contacting the external data providers.

● Closely monitoring market updates notifications from Bloomberg, Reuters & NSE and ensures the static changes are reflected in appropriate systems.
