• - Hired 300+ engineers (2022–2023) and improved engagement while reducing attrition; led AS9100D recertification and sustained CMMI activities.
• - Impact: $20M+ influenced revenue from spares and sustainment programs; maintained portfolio FTQ/OTD targets and reduced Supplier Liaison backlog via Lean VSM.

• - Managed 80+ engineers for BDS/BGS programs: reverse engineering, structural optimization and sustainment.
• - Released 27+ parts in a year for Sub-Components; achieved 20% weight reduction on an SLS element saving ~$220K/yr.

• - Built structural analysis capability for Bell 525 and rotorcraft programs; led validation and certification studies including gearbox “loss-of-lubricant” thermal model compliant with FAA Part 27/29.

• - Led FE proof-of-concept studies and automation tools for rotating parts (CF34, GEnx); developed bolt-modeling and clearance tools that reduced cycle time and recurring engineering hours.
