MULE SOWMYA

This is an SAP ECC Quality Management (QM) Development and Support project. The primary responsibilities include handling incident tickets on a daily basis, and ensuring timely resolution and support for end users.
Key Contributions:

• Analyzing incident tickets received via ServiceNow, and providing effective resolutions.
• Investigating issues based on ticket descriptions and supporting documentation.
• Working extensively with QM master data elements such as Master Inspection Characteristics (MIC), catalogs, and selected sets, sampling procedures and sampling schemes, inspection plans and inspection methods, dynamic modification rules, and sample drawing procedures, as well as QM procurement activities through control keys, inspection setup, and execution.
• Preparing and executing unit test and integration test scripts.
• Involved in QM–EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) integration activities.
  Handling enhancements and break-fix tasks based on user requirements.
• Preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, and performing UAT testing.
• Creating Functional Specification (FS) documents, and conducting user demonstrations (demos).
• Worked on many types of inspections and the creation of inspection lots.

PepsiCo, Inc. It is an American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York, in the hamlet of Purchase. PepsiCo's business encompasses all aspects of the food and beverage market. It oversees the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of its products.

Contribution:

• Worked on a project supporting the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) team, utilizing ServiceNow, S/4HANA, and SAP ERP systems to deliver assigned tasks on time.
• Created a comprehensive knowledge repository and documented all activities to mitigate single points of failure, and ensure continuity.
• Collaborated effectively across various process areas and cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues within the project.
• Managed and resolved day-to-day incidents using ServiceNow, maintaining a zero SLA breach record throughout the engagement.
