INVOICE

• Ensured timely sending of OFT invoices to FOB clients ahead of vessel arrivals at POD.

Cargo claim damage:

• Conducted research into industry standards and best practices related to material damage claims handling procedures.
• Identified areas for improvement within existing processes for managing material damage claims efficiently.
• Received and processed documents including stuffing photographs, destuffing photographs, and EIR at both POL/POD.
• Negotiated with claimants to settle material damage claims in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

SEAL MISSING CASES:

• Forward weighment slip and container photo to CNEE as received from our OPS team.
• If the customer requests the Jt. survey report from our OPS team, we will forward the same to the Legal Desk for their suggestions, and act accordingly.
• If the customer is not willing to go for the joint survey, and requests us to release the D/O, then we will request the client to submit the LOI.

REPORTS

• Produced weekly analyses of import metrics.
• Generated and presented Import Agenda outlines each week.
• Prepared and distributed long stay notices on a weekly basis.

DAMAGE:

• Based on the customer request, I will advise the empty depot to offload the damaged container. After that, I will coordinate with our OPS team and get the final status.
  
• follow up with our POL office for overseas container photos taken by the supplier. If old damage (pre-existing) is found, I will inform the OPS team to release the customer's responsibility.
• If the shipper likes to pay the charges at the POL office, then we will apply TAP to their side.
