• TeamMateAI - Microsoft Teams Chatbot, Developed a chatbot using Microsoft Bot Framework and Python, integrated with GPT model for general query handling. Incorporated a module for reporting issues or requesting hardware/software, integrated with an ITSM tool to automate ticket creation and agent assignment. Enabled users to report issues (e.g., slow laptop, faulty keyboard) or request new hardware/software directly from Microsoft Teams.
• Panic Disorder Detection System - Built a machine learning model for early detection of panic disorder using Gradient Boosting algorithm. Analyzed symptoms and features through logistic regression, decision trees, and deep learning to predict panic disorder likelihood. Developed a web application using python flask framework, allowing users to input symptoms and receive real-time prediction results for potential panic disorder.
