  • Communication and Reporting: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints. Prepare regular reports for senior management on office operations.
  • Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Ensure that company policies, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards are upheld throughout the organization.
  • Building Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of the physical workspace, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other infrastructure. Arrange repairs and conduct inspections regularly to keep facilities in optimal condition. Collaborate with the building maintenance teams to ensure the the safety norms are in place to avoid any kind of critical situations.
  • Safety and Security: Implement and manage safety and security protocols, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and emergency response plans. Liaise with security personnel to ensure the safety of employees and assets.
  • Space Planning and Utilization: Optimize workspace utilization, ensuring that office space is used efficiently. Plan for expansions or redesigns as necessary to accommodate workforce changes.
  • Environmental and Sustainability Initiatives: Manage and promote environmentally friendly practices, such as waste reduction, energy-saving etc.
  • Equipment and Asset Management: Track, maintain, and replace office furniture, equipment, and other assets as needed to ensure a functional and comfortable work environment.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure facilities comply with health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and creating contingency plans for emergencies.
  • Project Management: Identifying the space for office expansion or space reduction as and when required. Sourcing the design and build vendors to achieve the office project within the TAT & budget, following all the applicable compliances and organizations needs.
