Role: Engineering project management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting Cab DTNA Engineering and EPM team in Project Management activities.

• Communicating effectively with Project Manager and other project participants/stakeholders to provide assistance.

• Review Engineering deliverables and update Project reports adhering to CVDS in C-Place.

• Maintain project database and engineering key metrics with automation of reports and workflows.

• Power BI report and dashboards development for DTNA engineering metrics like Shopcalls, EWRs report, DMU reports.

Role: Engineering documentation Analyst. (Deputed to MBRDI)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordinate, prepare, review, and implement engineering design and documentation changes.

• Proficient in BOM structure creation and management with items (Parts, drawings, assemblies).

• Performing the minor drawing updates per standard.

• Provide technical assistance to design engineering professionals in order to ensure accurate design documentation.

• Create and check documentation, in support of engineering projects and release work, ensuring that engineering standards and procedures are met.

Role: Engineer- DMU management and clash (PLM) deputed to RNTBCI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• DMU clash performed as the request sent from customers for specific project in NPDM (ENOVIA V6).

• Applying filters for the reference (vehicle project) given and from attributes filter exact parts from variants (Effectivity).

• Perform clash using Enovia tools and validate the results thrown.

(On site deputed to GENERAL MOTORS TECHNICAL CENTRE INDIA and to MERCEDES BENZ RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INDIA).

Role: Engineer-Virtual Build Validation and Vehicle Integration (DMU).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Math Health Check for the entire vehicle for cars and trucks approaching quality gates for different programs of North America and Europe.

• Responsible for identifying and reporting various issues related to interference and clearance between Parts, missing parts, wrong parts, duplication and other issues related to tracking vehicles.

• Reporting and communicating to the Designers to make them aware of the issues captured with the right images and description through SharePoint.

• Communication with the Global counterparts on issue reporting and issue follow-up.
