• RCSA Testing, 04/01/18, Present, Worked with RCSA Control Team & front lead on testing from CTR operations team as well as control specialist by providing all the evidence required for performing the validations.
• CTR Robotics, 03/01/19, Present, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is to reduce errors and increase consistency by eliminating manual, repetitive tasks using a non-invasive method. Currency transaction reporting phase-II (CTR-II) automates CTR’s with attribute and validation errors for teller transactions. CTR’s can be cash-in and cash-out or both types and may range from single to multiple transactions. This project was designed to enhance the current Bots working method which will help to increase STP rate to 5% which is from 85% to 90% with approximate FTE save of 10.
• CTR UAR project, 08/01/17, 10/01/17, We continue to experience relatively low UAR rates – 2017 CTR Audit - auditors uncovered two CTRs that in their judgment should have earned a UAR. Identified the need to build the data base & automate the UAR filing using the QTP programmer along with updating the customer information in HALO form. Divided the project into Awareness, Workflow and Automation I was an active member for Automation process. Finally, Scripts and Scenarios were built to minimize the manual effort in raising the UAR’s.
• Remediation Project on Foreign currency, 03/01/17, 06/01/17, System capacity was not built to capture the details for foreign currency. We had to identify and remediate the incorrect reporting of transactions I have led the activity by assigning and monitoring the amendments made by the specialists. Achieved amending 2187 ctrs which were incorrectly reported to Fincen from 2015 -2017.
