Description:

• NHI is a robust, longitudinally linked statistically de-identified database consisting of de-identified individual-level data going back to 1993. It includes subject areas such as administrative claims, membership, provider, clinical data, socio-demographic consumer data, health risk assessments disability information, cancer registry information, inpatient confinements, standardized cost, pharmacy Part D claims and death data.
• NHI Sources: Galaxy, Ovations, PacifiCare, Oxford, IHCIS, PAPI, GOPHER, CDB, FDB, MSA, Social Security Administration (Death Master files), Touchstone, ECODS, UHC Cancer Registry, Humedica (Optum Analytics) and SK&A.
• Migrate applications from AIX to LINUX environment.
• Establish business continuity plan for migration activities and potential actions needed by, and impacts on, end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in ETL migration from AIX to LINUX.
• Analyze the current ETL workflows running on AIX, Including job designs, dependencies, schedules.
• Updating the DataStage job configurations (Environment variables, job parameters, mountpoint details as per LINUX.
• Enhance the Teradata TPT and Bteq scripts and updating the mountpoint details and system specifications as per the LINUX.
• We will fix the issues we got the approval for my Team lead apart from that we are coordinating with various teams to fix the issues that occurred when jobs/scripts are aborted.
• Involved in user acceptance testing to identifying the roadblocks, which are causing incorrect data in the target system.
• Excellent team player with an ability to perform individually, quick learner, ability to meet deadlines and analytical skills.
• Skilled at learning new technologies can work well under pressure

Project#1: National Australian Bank (NAB)
Duration: May 2019 – Feb 2022
Description:

The Global Data Warehouse (GDW) is NAB’s Online Analytical
Processing (OLAP) system, serving as a centralized data repository that integrates
multiple sources from geographically distributed divisions. It supports downstream
systems to provide real-time customer care and account management.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed ETL workflows using IBM DataStage, implementing stages like Join, Lookup, Sparse Lookup, Transformer, Sort, Aggregator, Funnel, and Change Capture.
• Analyzed business requirements and optimized ETL pipelines to ensure high-performance data processing.
• Led the migration of DataStage jobs from v9.5 to v11.7, ensuring improved efficiency and compatibility.
• Collaborated with upstream and downstream teams to enhance data flow and business intelligence reporting.
• Created test cases, conducted unit testing, and ensured high-quality deliverables.
• Developed and fine-tuned job sequences to optimize performance and scalability.
• Provided production support and conducted warranty checks before deployment.
• Participated in daily scrum meetings, delivered project updates, and resolved critical issues before go-live.

Project : Anvizent Dashboard Solution for Transportation

Client : Genfare

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Azure Queues, ensuring timely processing and troubleshooting of message delays, dead-letter queues, and failures.
• Perform routine checks on Pool Utilization and compute resource usage to optimize job performance and minimize resource wastage.
• Write and execute SQL SELECT statements to validate data, troubleshoot failures, and ensure end-to-end data consistency across stages.
• Handle internal job plugins and integration logic using JSON-based configurations.
• Participate in daily client calls, providing updates on job health, incident resolution, and data load summaries.
• Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to improve monitoring tools and automate repetitive checks using scripts or dashboards.
