  • Reporting to Finance Director (Chinese Director), CFO @ China
  • Job Responsibilities Covered Areas: General Ledger, Taxation, Treasury Management, Banking relationship management, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, Cash flow statement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Vendor management, Client, management & Revenue Generation like: Government grants & Subsidiary follow up.
  • Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting, Cash Flow & Budgeting etc
  • Monthly Budget vs Actual trend analyses
  • Compliance handling, GST, TDS, Transfer Price and Income tax
  • Co-ordinating with audit team and complete the audit and cleared the compliance. Government and subsidiary follow up governments and get the incentive on time. Preparation Monthly / Quarterly closure of Books of Accounts
  • Preparation of financial statement on monthly basis and report top management correct manner.
  • Good Team player and handling the team management.
  • Forex Management: Import payment need to control the Forex loss / Gains and Coordinate with Bankers and Monitor the Forex currency market.
  • Group company Audit Co-ordination with Group Auditor
  • Maintaining CWIP and keep it current.
  • Controlling of the AP/AR process and remittance A1 & A2 payment Process and Banking related compliance and Regulatory requirements.
  • Fixed Assets creation & control through periodic physical assets verification
  • Capitalizing Asset once ready to use and confirmed by user department.
  • Preparing and controlling of inventories like Non moving and Critical spares and sending to user department for necessary action
  • Settlement of AUC to Fixed asset T code- AIBU, before Deprecation run (AFAB)
  • Standard cost estimation on monthly basis and release and material ledger run. monthly for closure of accounts
  • Reviewing all assets under construction (AUC) every month and capitalized same once they are ready for use.
