• Preparation of budget decks analyzing historical trends, markets, forming relevant assumptions etc. aligning with company performance goals using difference financial modelling techniques.
• Working closely with departments, understanding metrics and equip them with relevant data, expectations for accuracy in the budgets, forecasts etc.

• Active participant in implementation new inventory management system and interfacing the same with POS & Accounting systems for automatic flow of P2P transaction.
• Active participant in the preparation of Power BI Dashboard for outlet analysis with key parameters.
• Lead GST reconciliation and regulation of ITC by coordinating with different departments.
• Supervision, guidance and reviewed the work of 2 CA Industrial trainees including task allocation and skill development support.

• Maintenance of the books of accounts (R2R) for multiple clients: Revenue recognition, deferment, expense booking, Investment accounting, accrual booking, Inter-company loans and forex calculations.
• Preparation and peer review of the financial statements.
• Part of Innovation team, which monitors automation of financial reports through elimination of non-value-added process.
• Root Cause Analysis of the errors, Creating and Implementing mitigation plan.
