At The Restack's Fractional Real Estate Investment Platform, which primarily offers two investment products: fractional ownership in commercial real estate and debt investment, I am in charge of driving sales, development, and process implementation from the bottom up.
My responsibilities include sales management, channel partner onboarding, lead generation, investment distribution, and prospect identification for real estate investments. I collaborate directly with the founder to plan and sell real estate investment products. As a senior sales specialist at TradeHomes, I had many responsibilities in the growth of the company, which mainly included sales management, client management, product sourcing, and sales marketing. The company had two main products: residential real estate mandates, and commercial real estate sales.
During my tenure with the company, I have been part of two successful mandate deliveries of residential products in Bangalore, and I was also involved in many commercial building sales.

At Karvy Stock Broking Limited, I served as Deputy Manager for its subsidiary, Karvy Realty India Limited, where I played a pivotal role in aligning with the Karvy Wealth team to drive the real estate business. My responsibilities were diverse and included sourcing real estate investment products primarily from South India, particularly Bengaluru. Additionally, I facilitated coordination with the investment committee, assisted in due diligence processes, and launched real estate investment products.
Following product launches, I spearheaded sales efforts through various channels, such as the Wealth team, direct sales, and the CP network. Reporting directly to the CEO, I was entrusted with managing the territory of South India, encompassing states like Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
Over my six-year tenure, I successfully elevated real estate investment sales from inception to 65%, a testament to my dedication, and strategic acumen. My contributions were recognized with five prestigious awards from the company.

IndiaHomes was the first organized real estate advisory company that enabled home buyers to make the best-informed decisions when it comes to buying a property in India and abroad. I began my real estate career at IndiaHomes, where I joined as an associate and, in a very short time, was promoted to senior property specialist. The core responsibilities for this role included residential sales, managing client queries via phone, and converting them into face-to-face meetings.
I independently negotiated and closed deals, achieved targets in line with the business plan, kept information on all the residential projects, built good relationships with builders and project managers to ensure their support in closing deals, and also supported us when there was lead collation with other channel partners.
Furthermore, I enhanced customer satisfaction through a smooth purchase process, actively addressed customer concerns, and escalated major issues. Upon being promoted to senior property specialist, I handled a team, guiding and motivating them to follow all of these techniques. I was also awarded the Star Advisor of the Year for 2013-14.

At Y2CF Digital Media, I worked for its brand, Mustbuy.com, an online platform for service-related deals, as the Assistant Manager of Sales. My primary responsibilities at Mustbuy included managing operations in two cities, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
My main role was to source deals from various service industries, such as hotels, spas, hospitals, salons, and more. After creating accounts for these businesses, I maintained strong relationships with the service providers by facilitating good business through our platform, and securing the best deals. As our relationships strengthened, I negotiated conditions with them to offer similar deals to other platforms.
Independently, I successfully established over 500 accounts across the two cities.
