  • Working with the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) module involves managing standard and custom objects such as Work Orders (Mobile, Credit Memo), Work Order Line Items, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Service Resources, Log Non-productive Times, and utilizing Gantt charts to assign Service appointment to technicians for field service tasks.
