Initially, I joined as an opener. I should call the customer and pitch about the gold loan process fresh and take over both to fix up a meeting.

After one week moved to scheduler there is a requirement for scheduler for south city chennai and coimbatore

The scheduler will call the client and explain the fresh and takeover process according to the pushed form by the loan manager, sales manager, and opener. The post-call confirmation will schedule the transaction and send the request to the planner.

After 2 years of experience as a scheduler, I moved to demand analyst on 1.07.2021.

As a demand analyst will resolve all tickets received from the loan manager, such as: customer no is RNR/Switched off/unreachable; customer does have difference between PRE-TO and Post-TO; customer does not have original pledge cards; customer does not have KYC-Pancard, aadhar card, cheque leaf, and so on.

It is a jio-sim process in which will receive IB calls to resolve all customer questions about SIM issues, network issues, porting issues, internet issues, caller tune-ups, SMS not sent, and calling issues.
