• Done AQL inspections of a style, and make its report accordingly, and float it to managers, the concerned merchant, and the designer via mail.
• Created and collaborated on the implementation and maintenance of a customer complaint log, and sorted all customer-related problems by style.

• Doing PPM meetings with the vendor before starting a style.
• Thoroughly check the patterns and spec sheets of new styles, and compare them with the size sets.
• Done inspections of a style in all stages of production (Online / Inline / Mid / Pre-Final, and Final) so that garments can be made as per our required specs and SOP.
• Maintained data of all vendors to identify and correct their common issues that were coming continuously in their style.

• Incorporated changes with buyer corrections when making sample patterns, and got it checked by Snr. Pattern master.
• Marking all points in the pattern, such as notches, pleat markings, gathers, margins, size, and component mentioning.
• Make 1 piece and get it approved by the senior, master, and buyer before starting grading.
• Utilized charts, drafting instruments, and grading devices to create master patterns for each size within the range of garment sizes.
