Project Management Office

Key responsibilities

· Working with associates, staffed projects, tracking progress and updating Managers, Partners and Client as necessary in the form of weekly client and internal reports

· Documenting business processes and analyzing procedures to ensure alignment with changing business needs

· Prepare detailed reports on updates to project specification, progress, risk and issues, weekly updates and team activities

· Staffing, Onboarding & Offboarding of the resources

· End to End resource management for ODC Health Care and Life science project

· Responsibility of Asset Management for ODC project

· SharePoint maintenance including control related documents and track all the project activities

· Responsibility of Audit, Compliance and Quality Management of the project

· Service Now – Incident Management and Change Request Management. Tracking incidents and CRs in the tool for process & progress. And updating same to the managers and team members through weekly reports.

· Create data centric reports that enable management decision making, assist in monitoring of all project delivery metrics

· Metrics and Reporting for Agile Project – Productivity, Predictability, Defect Density, Sprint Disruptions

· Track and share recommendation on leverage and bulge across projects through promotion, onboarding offboarding analysis

· Internal and External Stakeholder expectation and communication management by tracking SLA & adhering to MSA

· Direct interaction and coordination with clients

· Preparation of Power BI Dashboards to show the detailed reporting for various metrics

. Evaluated performance metrics for each project component against established goals and objectives

. Identified areas where process improvements could be implemented in order to streamline operations across departments
