· SharePoint maintenance including control related documents and track all the project activities
· Responsibility of Audit, Compliance and Quality Management of the project
· Service Now – Incident Management and Change Request Management. Tracking incidents and CRs in the tool for process & progress. And updating same to the managers and team members through weekly reports.
· Create data centric reports that enable management decision making, assist in monitoring of all project delivery metrics
· Metrics and Reporting for Agile Project – Productivity, Predictability, Defect Density, Sprint Disruptions
· Track and share recommendation on leverage and bulge across projects through promotion, onboarding offboarding analysis
