· Served as a key contributor in the HRMS transition project from Peoplestrong to SAP SuccessFactors in partnership with Deloitte, ensuring accurate migration of data and continuity of HR operations.
· Managed ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and RCM (Recruiting & Candidate Management) modules including job requisitions, pipeline tracking, and hiring workflow standardization.
· Functioned as the Onboarding SPOC for PAN India, successfully onboarding over 800 employees across multiple functions and locations, ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
· Led the Induction & Orientation process — created simplified templates, digital handbooks, and modular orientation decks to improve new hire experience and reduce ramp-up time.
· Collaborated with L&D team to align Learning and Development modules in SAP with onboarding workflows and role-specific training needs.
· Supported the Exit management process, including documentation, system clearance, and feedback collation via SAP modules.
· Worked closely with Deloitte consultants for requirement gathering, UAT, and go-live readiness, acting as a bridge between internal HR teams and external partners.
