• Rebuilt the Manual Moderation Panel and integrated Kafka automation to efficiently moderate over 1,000 daily hotel images and videos.

Revenue and Campaign Systems:

• Built and scaled payment and incentive modules that drive hotelier participation and profitability.
• Owned and optimized campaign logic and financial transaction flows, ensuring accurate and timely payouts to partners.
• Designed and developed the Volume-Driven Incentives and Performance Boost Programs, which boosted hotel revenue and engagement, generating ₹65+ lakh in the first month.

Security and Compliance Engineering (DPDT Act):

• Led the Data Protection and Data Transformation (DPDT) initiative to enforce end-to-end PII encryption, enhancing compliance with national data protection guidelines.
• Strengthened data security standards across major services and APIs.

Authentication, Authorization, and Access Control:

• Revamped the Auth Service (AuthN, AuthZ) using Go and Django, reducing latency by approximately 75% and enhancing system performance.
• Designed OTP-based login, SAML authentication, and 2FA for secure user and staff access.
• Currently leading the design and migration of a next-gen RBAC system, transforming legacy user-type logic and flags into a role-based model, leveraging Aerospike and SQL, enabling scalable, secure, and maintainable access management.

• Planned and optimized Kafka pipelines and content APIs, achieving approximately 50% latency reduction, and building robust monitoring for sustained reliability.
