Project1: - ACoE
The Automation center of excellence team helps in analyzing the untouched point in the existing
automation framework utilized by the various team and providing a POC for them. Also suggesting the
standardized framework for the team.
Responsibilities:
⮚ Managing and leading the team members efficiently
⮚ Understanding of projects in BMO, picking a specific project
⮚ Identifying the untouched points in the selected projects
⮚ Providing the Automation POC to the Automation framework
⮚ Demo providing to the client and the specific team, thereby trying to achieve 100% Automation to
the identified projects.
Project 2: - Payment Operations Data repository Report and Extracts Automation
PODR is repository which stores payments received from up streams application. Automation framework
created for PDF/ Extract vs DB validation for Payment processed for corresponding report/Extract.
Framework utilized for automation is Cucumber framework.
Responsibilities:

⮚ Providing timeline for completing the reports with available resources
⮚ Supporting and Providing Training to co-workers to utilize the Automation framework

Project 3: - Payment Storage Hub
PSH process and stores Transactions processed from Upstream and Downstream Application. Framework
utilized for automation is Cucumber framework.
Responsibilities:

⮚ Supporting and Providing Training to co-workers to utilize the Automation framework

Project1: One Message - This Application is a downstream application helps in sending Email and SMS to
customer for the various Verizon service utilized such as Monthly bill payment, Data usage alerts and so
on. Comparison of Data loaded in Pre-prod database and Prod database in all release.
Project2: CCES- One Message Migration: CCES is a legacy application used to send SMS to customer
based on various criteria. In order to maintain single downstream application to communicate to the
customer. All the data and appropriate flows from CCES Database is migrated to One message Database
in Phases
Responsibilities :

Project1: Access Direct, formerly known as Global Gateway Open Link (GGOL), is a banking application
that is designed to process large volume of payment/collection instructions and mutli-bank reporting
information by direct electronic communication. Access process both SEPA and Non- SEPA payments.
SEPA - or the Single Euro Payment Area - is an important initiative that has simplified transactions across
the Euro zone (those countries that have adopted the Euro as their currency). SEPA allows businesses to
make and receive Euro payments. Main aim of SEPA is to continually improve the efficiency of crossborder
payments.
Project2: ADCE deals with migration of customer information. It involved with different payment type
and applications to check if the payment is processing successfully after the migration was done.
Applications used were CUA, NUA, SCORE, and Access Online and so on. Both SEPA and Non SEPA were
the major focus in this project.
Responsibilities:
⮚ Automation of regression scenarios from Customer Management area and create complex
automated test scenarios using QTP (Scripting language: VBscript)
⮚ Creation of STVA (Stock Taking and Variance Analysis)

transactions and disputes related to various card associations such as Master, Visa and AMEX. It is used to
process billing, payment and disputes, generate letters, providing inventory management and a dispute
prioritization workflow.

Project 3: SAWGRASS- Sawgrass is call handling and dispute processing system. This system is used by
the Telephonic representatives. This System resembles the same as PEGARULES but the interface used is
Chording. Sawgrass is a fat server based system and it can be accessed by a link.
Responsibilities:
⮚ Examine the current Processing system and customer support system
⮚ Review all charge back cycles requirements, recommend solutions during work assignment.
⮚ Technical review of the existing system, including a review of data sources, processes and enduser
access tools and applications.
⮚ Sole responsible for high Priority UAT Issues and review test scripts.
⮚ Co-ordination between Client and team in testing related activities.
