• Conduct detailed calculations and analysis to determine heating and cooling loads, equipment sizing, and energy efficiency.
• Design and develop HVAC systems for Oil & Gas Projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations like ASRAE, Saudi Aramco, SMACNA, DW 144 etc.
• Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules for HVAC system.
• Interdisciplinary coordination with architects, contractors, and clients to develop HVAC design specifications and project plans.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Regularly involving in 3D model review to coordinate wall openings, cable trays, equipment locations, access doors in ducting, accessibility of chilled water piping & valves etc.

Projects Handled -

- Elevated Sub-Station Project 01, 02 & 03 for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC)

• Take part in design reviews, client meetings, 3D model reviews and project progress updates.
• Design and develop HVAC systems, including detailed drawings, specifications, technical submittals and other interdisciplinary input documents.
• Review and approve shop drawings and Vendor drawings from sub-contractors and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and accordingly prepare recovery strategy in case of delay.

- DUQM Integrated Power & Water Project – Duqm, Oman

- Sabiya CCGT 1 Power Plant Project – Sabiya, Kuwait

• Study of Tender documents such as FEED, Client’s Standards, licensor’s documents.
• Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for HVAC projects.
• Performing Heat load calculations, ESP calculations and pump head to optimize HVAC system.
• Selecting and specifying HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handlers, Cooling towers, Ventilation fans and ductwork.

• Stayed updated on HVAC industry technology.
• Maintained documentation of project progress, including daily reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Assisted Sr. Engineer to prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for HVAC system.
• Coordinated with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials.
