• Responsible for Services of All type of ACG Pam Pharma machines in Sikkim, West Bengal, Assam, Asian and African countries
• Collecting data, analyzing it for improvement to optimum utilization of resources to increase the output with the protection of machinery
• Looking after maintenance work; supervising subordinates working under the guidance of seniors to achieve company objectives
• Strategic ability in striking perfect coordination with all involved agencies to ensure smooth material management operations & manpower management
• Entrusted with the task of looking after breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipments ensuring minimum downtime and analyzing them to plan for corrective action
• Attending various training sessions as required for the company and conveying the knowledge to the sub-ordinates to enhance the productivity.

• Responsible for Mechanical work of Cephalosporin block and General block machines
• Identified potential vendors, followed up with Vendor & Contractors and negotiated prices
• Responsible for HVAC, involved in preparation of engineering documentation SOPs, Departmental manual, Safety manual, Qualifications etc
• Adept at preparation of Engineering related drawings
• Surveyed Area, monitoring it and Inventory Control.
