• Providing L2 & L3 support as an Application Support Engineer on 24*7 basis for Client Deutsche Bank .
• Analysis and troubleshooting of issues in Production environment and resolve the issues
And always follow the SLA.
• Customizing the tasks according to customer’s requirement using Shell scripting and Plsql.
• Initiate the calls and interact with customer if there is any issue which is impacting the service.
• Handling the issues related to installation, update, configuration, operations or performance.
• Involved in the Daily maintenance of product that involved monitoring the daily run of the scripts as well as troubleshooting in the event of any errors in the entire process.

• Environment Monitoring :
i) Constantly keeping eye on whether the infrastructure is readily available, I meant to say keep monitoring the readiness in the environment.
ii) System level parameter checks CPU spike, Memory utilization , Number of parallel loads (sessions) running on each node.

i) Monitoring the loads (workflows) whether the loads are scheduled to respective timings.
