  • Supervised team of 8 to 10 team mates.
  • Achieved a project incentive which is not there there in the HCL as per my knowledge through effectively helping with providing a solution for Clubcorp customer for their Billing software upgrade.
  • Achieved Appreciation for reconfiguring and setting the correct parameters for monitoring the devices and also bringing all the unknown devices and discovering the them into Monitoring ( As per the support it needs to be done by Tools Team but we don't have such a team in the project) We took it as a innovation and completed the task with accuracy and efficiency.
  • For Shared Services Its like Hide and Seek for a customer Preowned IT team doesn't have an inventory of their environment. Created and we still on the process of discovering and documenting with all the details. We ("I" Most probably) are sharing the monthly asset update.
  • For Shared Services I have been keep on following with the cyber security team for the security agents installation for the discovered servers from AD, Like Ninja One, Sentinel One, Rapid 7 and the Monitoring agent Zabbix ( Tool owned by HCL) Its completed for the existing environment, New servers needs to get implemented.
