● Working as Custer collection manager Responsibilities included to manage area managers and follow up on collections, making sure meeting their targets

• Handling team size 10 Managers and 40 field collection executives and above 2500 Supervising assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, planning a course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Trained and mentored new employee on collection methods ,documentation requirements and performance strategies
• Visit premises of customers directly collect payments and worked with legal resources and recovery teams to manage default issues
• Over saw daily posting of payments to customer accounts

• Maintaining Tractor and KGC collections Pool of East and West Godavari dist with a Team size of 8 Members.
   Allocation of data pool to executives by location wise. Constantly Monitoring
  Targets achievement efficiency as per management requirement.
   Coordinating with Sales team and Credit team for early delinquent cases, joint
  visits with team to those cases.
   Uploading trails in system (feedback) for all customer interactions.
   Sending Demand and LRN notices to customers with coordination from
  central team and legal team.
   Ensure 100% compliance of vendor to laid down process of DRA
  certification / police verification etc…
   Negotiating and Offering settlements to NPA & Write off cases.
   Repossession of Tractors, Liquidating of Repo Assets through online bidding
  with coordinating by central team, collecting payments from bidders.
   Receipt book and HHT machine management.
   Manage and deliver optimum performance in terms of roll backs, resolution
  and optimum utilization of field resources to increase efficiencies on the
  assigned portfolio
