Hospital Promotion Effectiveness: For a newly launched LLAI brand created a case study at account level with activity (Calls, Frequency, Samples, Affiliated HCPs) and performance (TRx,NBRx for both accounts and affiliated HCPs) for different time period(current and previous weeks/months) which showcases accounts with higher utilization has a higher growth rate when compared with previous time period across all major promotional and performance KPIs.
This helped the business to understand the major chunk of accounts and their key driving factors to push that new LLAI brand over it’s competitors and other market basket brands.

Performance Scorecard: Developed a Power BI dashboard which captures information like demand attainment, call plan till date call activity, reach, TRx DoT and NBRx Units’ performance over time period against it’s competitors to understand on a regular basis the performance of the ALAI brand and if any area of concern needs to be reported.
Developed ML model using real time data from Salesforce for a healthcare brand to understand the probability of an opportunity item to win the deal over it's competitors. Going further with the output, developed real time dashboard in SFDC to help the business leaders to understand it's most potential deals over different period of time. This model is automated for a bi-weekly refresh to help the leaders to take immediate action.
