• Strategically manage resource allocation to ensure optimal workforce distribution across multiple projects
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to support accurate forecasting and efficiency improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between teams, ensuring streamlined workflows and adherence to deadlines
• Implement resource management tools like Retain Wallchart and ProFinda to track utilization, availability, and project requirements effectively
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to provide leadership with real-time insights into resource efficiency
• Drive continuous process improvements, optimizing staffing models to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
• Provide proactive solutions for resource constraints, mitigating risks and preventing project bottlenecks
• Support business planning efforts by aligning resource allocation strategies with overall company objectives

Worked at Capgemini as Resource Manager for the Insights & Data Business Unit. Managed a PAN India resource pool of 900+ single-handedly.
