• Supporting the development, documentation, and communication of standard guidelines to relevant stakeholders and monitoring their adherence to ensure timely work completion.
• Assisting the Group Head in executing projects within approved budgetary limits and monitoring actual expenditures against the budget plan.
• Providing effective leadership to build the project team, setting individual objectives, and fostering the development, motivation, and performance improvement of subordinates to maximize project performance.

• Implementing and overseeing quality control measures to ensure paint applications meet established standards and specifications on construction or project sites
• Conducting on-site inspections and tests to verify the quality of painted surfaces, coatings, plaster surface, Protective floor coating, industrial coating and adherence to project requirements
• Ensuring proper surface preparation before paint application, including cleaning, priming, thinning , blasting and addressing any defects
• Monitoring the paint application process to identify and rectify deviations from specified procedures or standards
• Verifying that the paint application follows project specifications, including thickness, color, texture, and other relevant parameters with using profile gauge or surface comparators
• Maintaining detailed records of site inspections, quality control tests, and non-conformities for compliance and reporting purposes
• Investigating the root causes of any quality issues and collaborating with site personnel to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Providing regular updates to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders on the progress of quality control and Project activities
• Ensuring that all quality control activities on the site comply with health and safety regulations and standards of Risk Assessment, MSDS, ITP and QHSE etc.
• Continually improved methods and procedures for processes, measurement, documenting and workflow techniques.
• Providing training to site personnel on proper paint application techniques, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including environmental consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance to teams on environmental best practices and compliance.
• Ensure that environmental objectives are integrated into the broader project management framework.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and stakeholders on environmental best practices, waste reduction, and sustainability efforts.
