"Ensure OT is clean and infection-free

*Prepare patient (shifting positioning, basic support)

"Assist anesthesia team in Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures

*Pass instruments when required

Monitor surgical equipment (lights, suction, machines)

"Maintain strict sterile enviornment

"Handle emergency equipment if needed up equipment

Experienced in neurosurgical operating theatre procedures

Skilled in assisting surgeons during complex brain and spine surgenes Strong knowledge of stente techniques and patient safety Ability to handle critical and emergency surgical situations

Assisted surgeries are

Craniotomy. Spine surgeries. Aneurysm vp shunt. CTS

General Surgery-MIPH. Lap appendicectomy lap cholecystectomy. MGB. Excission RFA Orthopedic Surgery, knee scopy: Tendon repair. Fracture case Gynac Surgery TLH, VH LSCS DEC

Plastic surgery Gynecomastia. Abdominal plasty

Assist in intubation and extubation

Manage ventilators and oxygen therapy

Perform suctioning and airway clearance

Provide tracheostomy carePerform sterile dressing changes

Care for surgical wounds (craniotomy, spinal surgery)Patient Monitoring & Assessment

Continuously monitor meurological status (GCS-Glasgow Coma Scale)

Assess pupil size, reaction, and limb movement Monitor vital signs BP HR, RR, SpD, temperature

Observe for signs of raised intracranial pressure (ICP)

Assisting Anaesthesiologist for Anaesthesia procedures (General surgery, Gynecology, Maxillo Facial, orthopedics, neuro-Surgery, and ENT, Laparoscopic surgeries and experienced in stock inventory management, record keeping and man power management. Fibre optic intubation, CVP Catheter insertion, Artarial cannulation and Supraclavicular, Inter scalene, Femoral, sciatic Blocks with USG)
