These Includes Fiber, Chia and CTL ON and Manage WIFI. Involved in end-to-end implementation of salesforce integration & omni studio order management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end to end implementation of salesforce crm and omni studio order management solutions.
• Designed and configured Omnistudio components such as FlexCards, Omniscripts, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors to streamline customer onboarding and service management.
• Integrated salesforce with external systems for seamless Dataflow and realtime service provisioning.
• Collaborated with cross functional teams to align business requirements with scalable and declarative solutions.
• Enhance customer experience by automating order capture, validation and fulfillment processes.

1.Project : Broker and Consumer Portals for EH and CCI

• Project Description:
• Broker and Consumer portals having the capability to navigate the end users to enroll the insurance premium. Depends on the end users requirement they are divided as Broker and consumers. This includes an Industry console having an extensive navigation from starting of an enrollment to end of an enrollment process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involved in Technical design document, configuration activities, and customizations.
• Customization includes development of Lightning Components,Aura Definition Bundle,Apex Classes,Triggers
• Extensive knowledge on Industry Console development includes vlocity cards, layouts, omni script, Data Raptor and Integration Procedures
• Involved in Integration activity with Softheon File system.
• Involved in developing communities and community related pages.

2.Project: Emblem Health

Project Description:

• Provisioning a unified platform for Emblem health current and future book of business. Implemented a proven and test commercial platform for leveraging the sales cloud to automate member enrollments, onboarding, prospecting and salesforce administration. Enabled sales productivity tools by integrating Einstein activity, JRNI-Booking appointment.

Project Description:

The Territory Management system will provide the WW Sales Team the ability to assign sales teams to accounts using geographies, Industries and other attributes required to reflect Adobe's direct sales coverage model. Since Account need Account Team members to be assigned who are the responsible members to manage that account, Manual process is very time consuming. Solution is to automate this account assignment process based on the certain business rules. Whenever an account is created or updated user should send a request to Corteco BRE which will take the latest business rules from the external DB and process the request and sends back the response to SFDC. Informatica piece of code will take care of sync between SFDC and external DB.
