Builders is a manufacturer and supplier of building materials. It is also the larger supplier of building products, prefabricated components, and value-added services in the US. It is a web- based application that helps customers to design a home and quote the requirement of building materials, timely supply of the products.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and analyzing the tasks on the Azure board and writing effective test cases.
• Overview the TC’s of team members on user stories every sprint.
• Planning and preparing tasks for regression testing every release.
• To effectively work with team to resolve issues related to the tasks of each sprint.
• Tracked software bugs and detailed information regarding findings and resolution techniques in documentation.
• To document the release notes at the end of each sprint and Attending production meeting for every release.
• Actively take part in all Agile meetings and contribute from QA team.
• Interfaced with external vendors regarding hardware procurement needs.

CLIENT: Zipari, Inc

Zipari pioneer’s consumer experience technology for health insurance. It is a web-based application that deals with providing health insurance to the employees of their clients. It involves creating a quote, adding dependents, renewing a quote, reviewing a quote etc.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and analyzing the tasks on the Jira board and writing effective test cases.
• To effectively work with team to resolve issues related to the tasks of each sprint.
• To document the release notes at the end of each sprint.
• Actively participated in defect triage meetings.
• To communicate effectively between QA Zipari and Offshore team to fill in the gaps whenever necessary.

CLIENT: Caterpillar

A Web based application that deals with authoring templates for real equipment’s like mining, diesel, and natural gas engines etc. Cat.com is used by various users like Customers, dealers, and Technicians. Cat.com is also available in mobile App form for quick and ease use for customer to make their purchases or review and compare products online.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and analyzing the tasks on the Azure board and writing effective test cases.
• Involved in Daily status Reporting to onshore and offshore teams.
• Involved in testing logged-in feature.
• To effectively work with team to resolve issues related to the tasks of each sprint.
• Carry out regression for each release on UAT and Staging.
• Actively participated in defect triage meetings and maintained communication with Onshore teams.

CLIENT: Aviva Ireland General Insurance Retail

Retail is a Project based on Insurance domain for home property and Motor which deals with policy centre. It offers Insurance Quote, Policy, MTA to various customers in UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities :

• Executed test scripts and logged defects, working with application team to resolve issues arising out of testing process.
• Verified aspects of integration testing, functional testing and regression testing.
• Involved in Cross-browser testing and mobile testing.

CLIENT: Aviva UK NCD (No Claims Discount) Validation

Responsibilities:

• Validating policies received via Email, Scan or Post.
• Performing transactions especially regarding premium via Exceed application.
• Mainly advising the customer service advisors Onshore with any queries related to NCD which may also include foreign proofs.

CLIENT : Airtel

Responsibilities :

• Attend to customer queries related to post-paid mobile plan, Dongle, CPE. Resolving account related queries using ECRM application.
