Currently I am working as a General Manager – PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory controller) at Synthite Corporate, Kerala where I am responsible for entire Bio Ingredients Division’s Group Production Planning & Inventory, which also includes Planning of Right Quality Raw Materials to Finished Goods Quality.

Below are the other responsibilities i manage in my current role.

Planning production schedules to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.

Reviewing sales forecasts and customer demands to understand the product demands in the market.
Customer complaints handling, which includes RCA & CAPA

Making evaluation of the production, sales and inventory conditions Processing and analyzing data about the plan and realization of production and sales and inventory data Responsible for ensuring the OTIF Across the units
Regular reporting (MIS) and inform any abnormalities to Top Management

• Responsible for administration & operation of Synthite Harihar Unit
  Responsible for Unit Management, Production, Quality, Unit Projects and Public Relations
  Accountable for plant production goals.
  Ensure compliance to policies on safe housekeeping and safety standards at the production area, in unit according to the operating standards prescribed By the regulatory authorities
  Responsible for implementation of initiatives like Quality Management systems, Kaizen etc. in production
  Plant P&L responsibility, Overall responsibility for plant commercial activities.
  Ensure quality norms laid down by the organization is strictly followed at all levels of production
  Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine up-time / equipment reliability
  Executing energy saving and other cost saving measures with suitable modifications in process
  Minimize the product cost by implementing various cost reduction methods
  Leading / motivating teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company Performance
  Responsible for the financial transactions of unit.
  Achieve unit KPI'S as well as each department KPI's.
  Regular reporting (MIS) and inform any abnormalities to Top Management

• Responsible for strategic and operational Unit Quality Planning Specifications management of RM/SFG/FG in coordination with BI QC/QA Team
  Responsible for addressing the customer complaints in a specified format within stipulated time in coordination with BI QC/QA team
  Responsible for Effective RCA and CAPA implementation of Internal and external QFS non-conformances
  Ensuring QMS/FSSC /BRC/EMS & OHSAS systems operated and maintained in the company w.r.t Process GMP and Lab management.
  Responsible for compliance Good lab practices - Safety /Environment / Statutory/ SOP's /Polices /procedures /Analytical procedure validations / Inter and intra lab analytical validations /Reporting results / Key sample storage …etc.
  Process verification and Validations In coordination with BI QC/QA Team. Daily and Monthly Quality performance reports.
  Conducting internal audits and trainings for team members to enhance the Functional skills.
  Coordination and collaboration with cross functional to meet FG Delivery schedule.
  Conducting Vendor audit in coordination with Procurement team
  Customer complaints handling, which includes RCA & CAPA

• Worked as Assistant Manger - Quality for Pulp & Fiber division
• Responsible for Day to day Quality Control Activities which includes Testing & Reporting
• Responsible for Customer complaints handling, which includes RCA & CAPA
• Conducting internal audits and trainings for team members to enhance the Functional skills
