Roles And Responsibilities

Day-to-day maintenance activities. Preventive maintenance of all equipment like centrifugal pumps, Fin-Fan Coolers, Conveyer systems etc. Breakdown maintenance of all equipment. Overhauling of all rotating equipment. Maintaining a record of the Instrument log sheet every hour. Carrying the routine weekly run test of equipment & regular checks of wellheads, separators, Instrument Air and all measuring units. Checking the water and Oil interface level in the Separator Sump tank. Hydro Testing of pipeline. Carrying out running maintenance of all critical equipment. Carrying out all Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance. Involved in emergency shutdown activities.

Job description

Maintenance of power generator diesel engines, Maintenance of process wellhead crane, Engines (Power Arm, American, Aero Weather Board Cranes) Maintenance of fire water pump engines (Caterpillar, WMW, Detrol, Cummins engines). Turbines generator filter changing, Wellhead platform Power generator operating maintenance of power systems, Hydraulic oil pump, Hydraulic rotating motor, Valves, Air compressor operation, sea water pump, Glycol feed pump, and safety operation etc.

Commissioning experience

Carrying out of pre commissioning activities are. Leak and Pressure Test Perform Witness, Equipment Inspection (Towers, Reactors, Etc.), Flushing, Chemical, Mechanical Cleaning Perform Witness, Temporary Screens, Strainers and Blinds Perform Witness, Purging and Inserting Perform Witness, Drying Out Perform Witness, Instrumentation Verification Perform Witness. Gas testing, chemical handling, confined space entry and atmospheric monitoring. Responsible for the successful commissioning of the three-phase and two-phase separator, Crude Oil storage tanks, and Boilers. Commissioning and operation of actuators, regulators, positioners, control systems, pipes, filters, relief valves, temperature and PH control, dual-stage pressure drop designs, instrument air-to-gas conversion skids and cost improvements on all oil and. Carried out piping and process commissioning sour process platform, performed piping leak test activities, and operation test plan.

Pump operation

Operations of Centrifugal & Reciprocating pump open Startup & shut down. Maintenance seal check, Cavitation, Suction & Discharge pressure check-up, pulsation chamber, Strainer operation coupling. Lube pump operation, oil level maintenance, and vibration check. Shaft vibration & Heat check-up, speed setting chemical dose pump operation, submersible pump operation, troubleshooting, etc. Operations and Maintenance to single Pump and multistage Pumps. Experience in Dismantling and assembling Pumps Replacing seals, Packing, Bearing etc. Assembling and dismantling of pumps. Experience in maintenance of plunger pumps chemical dosing pumps, duplex, triplex pumps gear pumps, Diaphragm and methanol injection pumps.

Compressors

Different types of Gas Compressors (Reciprocation, Centrifugal & Screw Type) Gas Compressor Startup & Shutdown. Cylindrical lube oil Maintenance, Compressor unit pre-lube oil level Maintenance, crankcase oil level maintenance. Coolant water level RPM setting, intercooler operation, Temperature maintenance, Scrubber pump operation Fuel gas Filter separator operation & Isolation, recycling, PVC operation. Temperature logging Suction, Discharge valve leaking. Overseeing Engine cylinder function, Cylinder fire order, Fuel gas purging, Cooled water SDV & BDV operation, troubleshooting, etc. Reciprocating Air & Gas Compressors, Screw Compressor, HVAC & Refrigeration

Gearboxes

Various Reduction & Step Gear Boxes associated with rotating equipment. Centrifugal, Motor Operated Valves, Mixers & Agitators, Extruders, Cutters, Shredding Machines, Industrial Sewing Machines, Vibrators, Conveyor Belts. Diesel engine cooling lubrication system, Oil pump (gear type and rotor type) maintenance, direct injection and indirect injection, cylinder block, cylinder head, Liners, piston, piston ring, Crankshaft, Camshaft, Connecting rod, Timing gear, Valve timing mechanism, Troubleshooting. Air- and water-Cooling radiator, Radiator pressure cap, Impeller, Thermostat valve operation, Fuel feed pumps (Mechanical and electrical fuel pump) Fuel injector, and Fuel filter maintenance. Involved in seal changing, bearing changing and seal and Lube oil circuits accessories maintenance.

Gear box

Worked on all types of Gearboxes, attached preventive maintenance and break down maintenance bearing alignment setting, Oil seal checking and replacing

Safety equipment operations

Familiar with handling of Safety equipment, H2S Monitor, Gas Detector, Breathing Apparatus, Fire detection systems ( U.V. Sensors, Fusible Plug etc.,) and Fire extinguishers.
