Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Consulting: Advising structural engineers, contractors, and project managers on product selection, mix design (concrete formulation), and optimal construction practices.
• Quality Assurance: Testing, sampling, and ensuring cement quality before and during application at project sites.
• Complaint Resolution: Handling technical queries and resolving issues related to product performance on-site.
• Project Site Visits: Conducting regular site visits to provide on-ground technical assistance and ensure proper cement handling.
• Customer Education: Conducting workshops and demonstrations for technical staff at institutional projects to demonstrate product superiority.
• Supporting Sales: Assisting the commercial team by explaining technical specifications to new project clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Testing cement performance against standard specifications and competitor products

• Construction of elevated structures (viaduct & stations) of length 15.011 km from chainage 21500.000m to 36511.000m and two elevated metro stations viz. Bettahalasuru and Doddajala, including road widening utility diversion and allied works of Bengaluru Metro Rail Project Phase-2B. This length includes approx. 718.18m cut & cover portion in front of Yelahanka Air Force Station.
• Responsibilities:
• Preparation of all QA/QC documentation and test reports.
• Cement Test : (Consistency, Initial Setting Time, Final Setting Time, Soundness, Fineness, Cement Cube Casting) Compressive strength of Motor cubes.
• Coarse Aggregate : Gradation of Coarse Aggregate (20mm and 10mm) and Fine Aggregate (River Sand and Crushed Sand) Water absorption test for aggregates (10mm and 20mm), Aggregate Impact Value Test, Silt Content Of River Sand and Crushed sand Flakiness Index and Elongation Index.
• Concrete Tests : Concrete Cube Casting and Checking under CTM, Concrete cube
• Identification a site and bringing to Quality lab and placing it in Curing Tank properly. Fresh Concrete Checking (Slump Test, Temperature Test), Air permeability test on concrete.
• Admixture test: such as relative density, Ph.
• Backfilling tests : such as Field Dry Density, OMC and MDD, Core Cutter Test, Sand Replacement Test, Soil, GSB, WMM, Subgrade.
• Carrying Out Daily Activities in RMC Plant.
• Performed Calibration of Batching Plant.
• Performed UPV Test 0n Site Structures.
• Maintaining Daily Production Report (DPR).
• Maintaining monthly Quality Report (MQR)

• Design and Construction of Elevated Viaduct of Length 2.607Km between Gaddi godam to Sitabuldi (Excluding Stations) and Railway Span near Gaddi godam, Viaduct and Road cum Rail Flyover (Double Decker) of Length 4.065Km including Approach Ramps on BOQ Basis in Reach 2.

• Project Cost :- Rs. 603 Cr.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Compiles reports and summaries and send on daily basis to Quality manager and Project Manager.
• Ensure implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans and Work Instructions.
• Ensure fulfilment of all inspection & test requirements at all stages as per the Contract requirements.
• Preparing Documentation and compile test packs for all jobs to meet client requirements and as per specification.
• Monitoring and tracking day to day activities.
• Inspection for tunnel related structure & material.
• Prepare the site for audits.
• Conduct in-house assessment on quality of works on structural/Arch/P&M/field.
• Assisting project manager for site related work.
• Identified records to be maintained by respective site staff.
• Monitor & maintain Equipment Calibration Record.
• Conduct daily site walk & monitor work method against inspection & test plan & QA/QC system.
• Attend & Provide Secretarial Support to project QA/QC meeting.
• Coordination with sensitive Building survey & maintenance Team within alignment of tunnel.
• Record every Good construction practice observed on site.
