1. Billing

• Prepare RA bills, measurement sheets, BOQ, and billing summaries.
• Verify executed quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, and work orders.
• Identify billing discrepancies, quantity mismatches, and scope-related issues.
• Coordinate with client/QSD teams for bill verification and approval.
• Follow up on portal upload, resubmission, rejection, and approval issues.

2. Site Execution & Coordination

• Monitor day-to-day site activities and progress against the project schedu
• Verify work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate testing, inspection, clearance, and handover activities.

3. Documentation & Technical Support

• Review and maintain isometric drawings, test reports, weld maps, and inspection documents.
• Track pending documents required for billing and project handover.
• Maintain work-order-wise and line-number-wise tracking records.

4. Progress & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress and billing reports.
• Maintain pending issue tracking sheets and follow up for closure.
• Monitor achieved quantities, pending quantities, and next-month billing targets.
• Report site constraints, documentation gaps, and billing risks to management.

6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate with client, QSD, Vender, QA/QC, and management teams.
• Resolve technical and commercial clarifications affecting billing.
• Follow up on approvals, work-order extensions, test reports, and portal issues.
