Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Sourcing profiles, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates.
  • Communicating with Hiring team and Line managers to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organization goals.
  • Research into competitors, marketplace and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels (Linked In, indeed, Naukri, Monster.com).
  • Coordinating with Hiring team and line managers and scheduling confidential interviews (Personal & Virtual). Advising clients and management on best recruitment practices.
  • Coordinated and scheduled drug testing and background checks for new hires.
  • Providing services to new hires (Workstations, Employee smart card, on-boarding forms and new joiner kit by liaising with the relevant departments).
  • Assisting line managers with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing.
  • Maintaining digital and electronic records of the employees (Personal, professional and qualifications).
  • Responsible for managing all HR operations and strategies within the company.

  • Reviewing and managing HR budget.
  • Monitoring key HR metrics and keep the management up to date on the market practices.
  • Developing and implementing the HR policies, maintain company’s HR systems updated timely.
  • Managing staff promotions, probation confirmations and ensure there is no biasness.
  • Managing Helpdesk and providing the customer service to organization employees.
  • Addressing employee queries and grievances and act as a go to person for the staff.
  • Preparing and issuing all employee letters (disciplinary actions, show cause, terminations, exit letters and etc).
