• Travelled multiple times to head quarters in Wuppertal in order to execute product life cycle from design phase to end of series production to provide solutions through FEA methods.
• Perform Static, Quasi-static and Dynamic simulation to evaluate strength of parts at different boundary conditions and recommending design changes to enhance safety performance of latch assembly.
• Compare and correlate FEA results with Multi body simulation and test results and perform iterations by implementing design changes in case of failure and recommend changes to designer.
• Post processing with standard and non-standard criteria. Developing methods and processes.
• Perform all the misuse and standard load cases on latch to achieve the safety in point of crash based on FMVSS206 regulation.
• Need to validate the simulations based on the process developed and suggest the best improvements for the product release for the production in the simulation point of view.
• Had to analyse, suggest and take the decisions based on the product developed with in the latch. Setting the new standards according to the requirement basis ofproduct.
• Had to meet design constraints and discuss with the designers to have product validation with complete quality of output.
