Common wealth Bank-Go Technology,KYC Refresh is an Application enhancement project. The Bank has created a KYC Compliance Hub to process complex KYC Verification requests on behalf of the group. This is in line with Group Operations strategy to establish Group Wide Centers of Excellence (CoE) for common business functions. A few enhancement features were added to the existing application and this project dealt with it.

Citi Bank,The Voice of Customer (VOC) team is the primary escalation point for customer feedback within Group Lending Services (GLS), within Group Operations. The VOC teams role is critical to Group Operations strategy by formalizing and strengthening the groups approach to the management of stakeholder feedback. VOC currently use a Pega backed variation of econcierge to support enquiries and other forms of internal escalations from Customers.

Accessed via the MyStandards Readiness Portal. My standards allows users to test their messages against SWIFT bank agnostic, cloud-based data repository. Real time results allow for rapid error identification and correction in advance of live payment
