Work smart RBNG is an initiative that takes place as part of Shared Services group as part of Scotiabank. The Branch Officers access the Customer Inquiry & Request application screen via a tool called Intralinks. The Officer will select the inquiry/request type based on the customer request. The appropriate PEGA intake screen will be presented upon selection and a PEGA case will be created on submission. Depending on the inquiry/request, PEGA will engage the appropriate supporting applications and corresponding Smart Automation process to fulfill the request.

Common wealth Bank-Go Technology,KYC Refresh is an Application enhancement project. The Bank has created a KYC Compliance Hub to process complex KYC Verification requests on behalf of the group.
